Dug by Us is a new music podcast hosted by two genuine Melbourne music enthusiasts, Cassie Walker and Chris Holland. These incredible selectors have been feeding us new tracks from emerging and established artists since 2019. 

On Saturday November 30, Cassie and Chris will be appearing LIVE at The Workers Club for an IRL podcast recording as part of ALWAYS LIVE 2024. The event will feature live performances and as always, red hot new music recommendations. It’s a free event, though RSVPs are essential.

Emilee South - Let Her Speak  
Powerhouse voice delivering powerful messages. Emilee South has been a favourite artist of mine since I first saw her live years ago. Her transformation as a musician and the power she possesses on stage has been so inspiring.  

The Last Martyr - Requiem  
The early 2000’s nu-metal influence is coming through with this act. The Last Martyr share concerns of humans impact on the environment, something more musicians should be talking about.  

Ruby Mae - Hurricane  
A voice that commands your attention. Emotional intelligence and awareness. Hurricane hits you with the feels. Cannot wait to see this voice live.  

Audrey Powne - Souled Out - The Cosmic Arts Interpretation Mix (with Joaquin "Joe" Claussell)  
Audrey's album From the Fire, released in April, is one of 2024's most stunning. Soulful, classical, beautiful.  
Recently an EP of 3 Souled Out remixes was released, and definitely worth checking out.  

Dallas Frasca - Electric Days  
Dallas is a powerhouse. This energy in this song could fill the world's biggest arenas, and she deserves to be on the bill.  

Watty Thompson - Rock and Roll  
A life-affirming anthem raising a glass to anyone following their own path.  
Damning society's expectations, doing what they do best, and having fun on the way.  

Emma Volard - Alibi  
Emma's EP Alibi is incredible.  
The title track is a firecracker that is bound to have you bouncing your head, tapping your feet, taking you to amazing places you didn't expect.  

Noah Vernon - Second Chance  
Noah's July debut release, "This EP Took Five Years", has been immediately followed up by a new single. His honest sound has a radio-friendly mix of Post Malone / Chet Faker / Kid Laroi type-vibes, and is ready for more ears.  

Alice Ivy featuring Josh Teskey - Do I Need To Know What Love Is  
Talk about a Victorian power duo!
