Collingwood Crawl: A Midweek Music Extravaganza presented by ALWAYS LIVE and PBS 106.7FM.
15 bands, 3 venues, 1 night – Wednesday December 4.

Collingwood Crawl is an electrifying indie / punk rock event that will take over three of Collingwood’s most iconic live music venues, the Bendi, the Gaso and the Tote, all located within a stone’s throw of each other along Johnston and Smith Streets.

The inaugural Collingwood Crawl offers a lineup bursting with fresh talent, showcasing 15 acts at the top of their game:

Frenzee (Greece), Slag Queens (lutruwita/Tas), HOT MACHINE, Cutters, screensaver, Delivery, Blonde Revolver, Don’t Thank Me, Spank Me, Destrends, The Antics, Plaster of Paris, Dilemmas, Hail Mary Jane, Curlers and Kill Bell.

PLUS DJs Claire Stuchbery (Firewater PBS), Kristen Solury (Bleeding Black Hearts Revue PBS) and Shauna Ceratops (Cable Ties).

Why Midweek in December?

December is not just any month; it’s the silly season! As we transition into summer, the atmosphere is alive with excitement and anticipation and Collingwood Crawl takes advantage of this festive spirit. Midweek events provide an opportunity for music lovers to unwind without competing with weekend plans, making it easier for attendees to enjoy a night out filled with incredible performances and fun vibes, and enjoy a beverage from the Mill Brewery, or for those with the next day’s workday in mind, Heaps Normal.

A perfect start to summer, immerse yourself in live music under the warm sky. Discover new sounds, connect with fellow music enthusiasts, and support diverse voices in the industry. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Naarm/Melbourne, Collingwood Crawl is your ticket to experiencing the heart and soul of Australia’s indie and rock scene!

Don’t miss out on this unique celebration of music presented by ALWAYS LIVE and PBS 106.7FM.

Huge thanks to our event supporters OZTIX, The Mill Brewery and Heaps Normal.

Don't Thank Me Spank Me

After a brief hiatus Plaster of Paris are back throwing their oestrogen across Melbourne stages with unapologetically queer, feminist and D.I.Y. performances. The band personalised their brand of riot-grrrl punk over a decade in Melbourne’s thriving pub scene, creating their own custom space in Oz rock. The new four-piece set up showcases slashing guitar riffs and rock-solid rhythm section, weaving around Zec Zechner’s powerhouse vocals. Plaster of Paris channel the maelstrom through a wall of danceable, hard-hitting drums and post-punk revival garage rock. Think Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Gossip, Siouxie Sioux and Babes in Toyland hanging out with the Divinyls.

Plaster of Paris’s album Lost Familiar is an epic rush from start to finish. Frenetic, raw, ferocious and funny and a statement piece showing Plaster of Paris is an important band in the Australian music landscape and a voice you won't forget any time soon.

Revered as one of the best live bands on the Melbourne circuit, Plaster of Paris have graced the stages of Leaps and Bounds Festival, ChillOut, Midsummer, Brunswick Music Festival and Wetfest II, as well as Melbourne’s finest venues, The Corner Hotel, The Tote, The Espy and Northcote Social Club. In 2022 they did a full lap of Australia on the Lost Familiar album tour supported by Australia Council. International supports include Screaming Females (USA), Le Butcherettes (Mexico), MEN featuring JD Samson (Le Tigre/USA) and other local legends; Rocket Science, Kim Salmon, The Fa
